After successful recovery, your data will be shipped back to you or you can pick it up at your store on an external hard drive. You can provide us with your own drive, or we’ll include one at an additional cost.

A: We can saved the recovered files to an external hard drive of your choosing or you can buy an external hard drive from us.

A: We try to save any and all data, including songs, photos, files and more.
Q: How do I back up my data to prevent this from happening again?
A: You can back up your data on a separate type of media (such as an external hard drive or USB flash drive) or back it up online using cloud storage. Using both provides extra protection. Consider backing up your personal data once a week and backing up business data on a daily basis. Most backup methods allow you to schedule automatic data backups as often as you want.
