START WITH THE EXACT MODEL

Factory-built or custom.
Let’s look at the fault.

A brand name is useful. The model, hardware, symptoms, and part availability determine what can actually be repaired or upgraded.

Ask about your computer

Dell & Alienware

Everyday laptops, workstations, and gaming systems. Tell us the model, adapter details, and whether the issue involves power, display, heat, or stability.

Explore repair options

HP & Lenovo

Consumer and business computers with a wide range of parts and construction. Exact model identification matters for screens, batteries, charging parts, and upgrades.

Explore repair options

Apple Mac & MacBook

Model-aware Mac diagnostics, software help, and repair feasibility. Integrated components, encryption, device locks, and paired parts can limit options.

Explore repair options

ASUS, Acer & MSI

Razer, Samsung & Surface

Compact and specialized designs need a careful repair-versus-replace assessment. Some devices use bonded displays or integrated parts that make access difficult.

Glacier provides independent service assessments. Manufacturer names identify the equipment we can discuss; they do not imply authorization, endorsement, warranty coverage, or availability of every repair. Contact us before bringing a device.

MODEL DETAILS MATTER

What to have ready.

Where do I find my computer model?

Look for a model label on the base or back of the device, its original order, or the system information screen if it starts. Do not post a serial number publicly. We can discuss which identifier is useful privately.

Is manufacturer warranty service different?

Yes. If a device may still be covered, check the manufacturer’s warranty process first. Independent repair options and warranty service have different terms.

Do you work on brands not listed here?

Tell us the make, model, and symptoms. Acceptance depends on the device, safety, parts, documentation, and the kind of work required.
