DIAGNOSIS BEFORE GUESSWORK

Find the fault.
Choose the repair.

We identify the system, hardware configuration, recent changes, and failure pattern. Power, memory, graphics, storage, and cooling are considered together.

A component swap is useful only when it tests a clear hypothesis. We check compatibility, power requirements, firmware support, and physical condition before recommending hardware.

We explain the diagnosis and estimate, discuss files and backup, and verify the repaired system within the agreed scope. Intermittent faults can require observation or additional testing.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Practical questions.
Straight answers.

Tell us your device model and the symptoms. Avoid sending passwords or private documents.

Can you work on a custom-built desktop?

Yes. Tell us the components and what changed recently. Custom systems need checks for compatibility, power delivery, cooling, and configuration as well as individual faults.

Can an older desktop be upgraded?

Sometimes. An SSD or memory upgrade may help, but platform limits, power supply, operating-system support, and total cost need to be considered.

Do I need to bring the monitor?

We will confirm when arranging the appointment. Describe any display problem and tell us which cable and monitor you use.

A CONVERSATION IS A GOOD START
