DIAGNOSIS BEFORE GUESSWORK

Find the fault.
Choose the repair.

We review the workload, airflow around the machine, fan behavior, and temperature pattern. Software load and room conditions can matter as much as dust.

We inspect accessible cooling components and discuss cleaning, fan replacement, heatsink mounting, or compatible thermal materials where appropriate.

We recheck behavior under an agreed workload. Safe temperature expectations vary by processor, graphics hardware, chassis, and manufacturer design.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Practical questions.
Straight answers.

Tell us your device model and the symptoms. Avoid sending passwords or private documents.

Is fan noise always a hardware fault?

No. Updates, background processes, room temperature, blocked vents, and the workload can increase fan speed. We look at the complete pattern.

Can you improve a custom PC’s airflow?

We can assess fan direction, clearances, cooler fit, cable routing, and component load. Case or cooler changes depend on compatibility and the estimate.

Will cleaning make my PC faster?

It may help if heat is causing throttling, but storage, memory, software, and the workload can be the main bottleneck. We avoid promising an unrelated performance gain.
