DIAGNOSIS BEFORE GUESSWORK

Find the fault.
Choose the repair.

We document when the fault occurs, the system specification, recent driver or BIOS changes, and whether the issue is limited to one game or workload.

We assess temperatures, airflow, power delivery, memory stability, display connections, and software state. Testing is scoped to the symptoms and the hardware condition.

We explain what the testing shows, discuss targeted repairs or changes, and verify the agreed configuration. We do not promise a frame rate or recommend an upgrade solely on a benchmark headline.

A CLOSER LOOK

Graphics and power problems can look alike.

A black screen under load does not prove a GPU has failed. Power connectors, adapter fit, supply capacity and condition, drivers, thermals, memory, and display cables can cause similar symptoms. Bring a component list and describe the workload that triggers the fault. We narrow the cause before recommending a replacement.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Practical questions.
Straight answers.

Tell us your device model and the symptoms. Avoid sending passwords or private documents.

Is my graphics card definitely faulty if games crash?

No. Drivers, power supply, memory, temperatures, game files, and display connections can cause similar symptoms. The pattern of failure matters.

Can you help after a self-build or upgrade?

Yes. Bring the parts list and describe what worked before the change. We can assess compatibility, assembly, power connectors, cooling, and firmware settings.

Can you guarantee a particular FPS?

No. Results depend on the game, settings, resolution, software, and components. We discuss realistic targets and test the agreed system without guaranteeing a universal performance figure.
