DIAGNOSIS BEFORE GUESSWORK

Find the fault.
Choose the repair.

We identify the exact model and inspect the symptoms, power adapter, visible damage, and recent failure history. Bring the charger when arranging an assessment.

We consider connected faults. A broken hinge can damage a display cable; poor cooling can cause shutdowns; a weak adapter can mimic a charging-port problem.

We confirm compatible parts, estimate, and expected steps before repair. Older devices are evaluated against replacement cost, operating-system support, and the value of retaining your current setup.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Practical questions.
Straight answers.

Tell us your device model and the symptoms. Avoid sending passwords or private documents.

Do you repair gaming laptops?

Yes, we assess gaming laptops as well as everyday and work laptops. Cooling, charger capacity, graphics behavior, and model-specific parts need particular attention.

Can you repair a laptop with liquid damage?

We can discuss an assessment, but liquid damage can affect multiple components and repair is not guaranteed. Disconnect power if safe, stop using it, and do not try drying it with heat.

Should I back up before service?

Yes, when the device is working safely. If storage appears to be failing or important files are already missing, stop using it and ask about recovery first.
